How do I book a Session?

How far in advance should I book?

The WTP calendar is typically booked out 4-6 weeks in advance, but don’t let that stop you from any last-minute inquiries. We completely understand that sometimes there can be spontaneous and time-sensitive circumstances, so we will do our best to accommodate these types of requests.

Where will I be photographed?

A lot of variables are considered when selecting a location. I do my best to factor everything in order to produce top-quality images for you, so each session I offer is tailored to the client (and their wardrobe), session style, weather, time of day, and the season. So I prefer to wait closer to your session to see what the weather pattern is like and I will be in touch with a direction for your session.

Does my session fee apply to my order?

Our session fees are utilized to reserve a spot on the studio calendar to guarantee availability and to cover the time and talent of your photographer.

Do I have to purchase a collection in addition to the session?

Investments of our sessions are segregated into two steps: Session Fee (at the time of booking) + Ordering in completion of all three steps (during the Order Session) = Total Investment

If I want to do my own hair and makeup, is there a discount?

Sessions with WTP are designed to provide a luxury photography experience for each of our clients. I’ve carefully chosen a handful of these sessions to enhance with one complimentary Professional Styling, to help ease any unnecessary stress on the day of the photoshoot. As a complimentary service, it is optional for the client to utilize, but does not affect any increase/decrease in the investment of the session. Extra stylings may be added to your session for an additional cost, and pending availability of the stylist(s)

How long does a session last?

The time range of our sessions varies based on the session type. Our full investment sessions average anywhere from 30min-1.5hrs.

What is the turnaround time for me to see my images?

The WTP average gallery return is 1-3 weeks until your zoom reveal (however during our busiest time of year, can possibly range from 4-6wks). Any gallery returns needed within 3 - 7days of the session date are possible with a Rush Charge.

What is the turnaround time for my order to arrive?

Because the Albums are all custom created for your order, these items can take approximately 2-4 weeks to arrive after your order date. All other products can arrive in about 2-4 weeks.

What is a Gallery Reveal?

I choose to offer a full-service experience to my clients, which means I want to be with you from the beginning of the consult to the end when we are guiding you through selecting your artwork. At the time of your, Order Session is when we unveil your entire gallery.

Can I purchase just the digital images?

I believe in heirlooms made to last more than your lifetime. This is why in addition to tiered digital selections, each of my full investment sessions is carefully curated with museum-quality artwork so you may relive those moments each time you look at your walls.

Your memories are more than just a snapshot in time. It is those once in a life time moments where we capture something we can never quite get back. It may be your yearly family portraits to change out in your home, the birth of your first born or that military reunion you have waited months for.

I feel I’m best suited for the families who want to share their stories — I seek out storytelling moments. I share many of my own life experiences and I am out to be vulnerable. I want us to go on a adventure and present the opportunity for the kids to be kids, your love to be raw & where the album we create to represent you.

I partner with families who know that are not looking for a posed session, or are on a specific timeline. My work, style and art is made by me and I know what works best, so I hope you trust in me when I only work a specific time, or when I do not agree quite with your outfit style, just trust in me.

Payment Plans

In an effort to make photography as attainable as possible, I offer two types of extended payment arrangements. The standard payment plan requires a non-refundable deposit at booking. The amount of your monthly payment will depend on the products & services chosen and how early you book them.

Alternatively you can apply for an installment plan. ( NOT DURING COVID-19, they are not allowing this option at this time)

Cinematic Films

Life is an intense sensory experience. The movement and sounds in video tell your story in a way that images alone simply can’t: the way you sway your child, how your partner loves you unconditionally, those tiny fingers that do not stay little forever. Your baby’s first cry.

I create emotionally charged cinematic films that preserve the sensory details from your session, so you can relive the experience more fully—over and over again.


Photographs: $895 + Tax

Sessions are about sixty to ninety minutes long and are photographed in the hours of lovely light at sunset.

  • The full set of photographer-chosen, artistically hand edited high resolution digital images to download for archival purposes and so you also have the ability to make & share your additional own prints.
  • Assistance with styling & location selection.
  • Gorgeous professional quality prints are also available to order directly from your gallery.

Film only: $695

Both Film + Photographs Package: $1,395

A $350 non-refundable deposit is due to secure the session date in my calendar. Balance will be due seven days prior to your session.

Once you know I’m available for your date/due date, I’d be thrilled to help you choose which products & services would be the best fit for your family. From there we schedule a phone call or in-person meeting.

Complete the online booking forms.

Once you’ve narrowed down your package and any upgrades and you're ready to make it official, I will email you the online booking forms. Once you submit your package selection(s) and questionnaire responses, you'll be taken to the contract page. Carefully review the agreement, and if you don't have any questions, sign it electronically at the bottom. After the contract is submitted, you'll be taken to your invoice where you’ll pay the non-refundable deposit to secure your due date on my calendar.

Set up your payment plan

After you're booked, I will be in touch to work out the details of your payment plan, if applicable. For Birth Clients when the third trimester rolls around, we will set up a time to meet in person to discuss your birth plan, your vision, and get to know one another a little better before the big day!

*I only book 1 birth client per month, and I only accept one homecoming client per battalion until the MB flights are announced*
